By using Krizma you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, because they cover how the book marketplace works and what's expected of you.
1Who can use Krizma
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of Pakistan.
2Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you post.
3Listing books
List only books you own and may lawfully sell, exchange or give away. Counterfeit or prohibited items aren't allowed.
4Deals between users
Krizma connects readers; transactions happen directly between you and the other person. Krizma isn't a party to any deal and isn't responsible for items, payments or meet-ups.
5Conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, scams or illegal activity. We may remove listings or accounts that break these rules.
6Liability
Krizma is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from deals between users or from using the app.
7Termination
You can stop using Krizma at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
